DELIVERY POLICY

Your delivery transactions are subject to the provisions specified in the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form.

Delivery Period: Your order shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. The seller has no responsibility for delays caused by the courier company.

Delivery Terms: Our shipments are made on the basis of EXW (Ex Works) and FCA (Free Carrier). All risks pass to you upon delivery of the product to the courier company.

Shipping Fee: The shipping fee primarily belongs to the buyer. In promotional shipments, free shipping practice only means that the freight cost is paid by the seller.

International Shipments: In international shipments, customs procedures, taxes, and costs in the destination country belong entirely to the buyer.
