1. Are Your Products Original?
Yes. All products we sell on www.schlemmerturkiye.com are original. Especially for Schlemmer branded products, we are the authorized supplier as the official distributor of the DELFINGEN Group in Turkey. (Click to see DELFINGEN's distributorship letter.) We also guarantee original product supply for other brands such as Bosch and Lear.
2. Are Products Shipped from Stock?
Yes. We maintain a large product stock in Turkey. Many frequently requested products, especially Schlemmer products, are available in our stock and become ready for shipment quickly after order. Stock status can be viewed through our system during ordering.
3. When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Your orders shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order date, as specified in the Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery Policy. For in-stock products, this period is usually 1-3 business days.
4. Which Courier Company Do You Work With?
We ship with our contracted courier companies. Your cargo tracking number will be notified to you by e-mail and/or SMS as soon as your product is shipped.
5. How Much Is the Shipping Fee?
Shipping fees vary according to the order amount and delivery address. We have free shipping campaigns for orders above a certain amount. The exact shipping fee is shown to you during the order confirmation stage. Detailed information about shipping fee and responsibility is provided in the Distance Sales Agreement.
6. Do You Ship Abroad?
Yes. We also ship abroad. However, in international shipments, customs procedures, taxes, and costs in the destination country belong entirely to the buyer. Detailed information on this subject is provided in the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement.
7. How to Use the Right of Withdrawal and Return?
You can return the product by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the product delivery date. The return shipping fee belongs to you. However, there is no right of withdrawal for products specially prepared for you (machining, custom cut, etc.). Detailed information is provided in the Return Policy and Distance Sales Agreement.
8. My Order Arrived Damaged or Incomplete, What Should I Do?
If you detect that the product is damaged at the time of delivery, it is mandatory to draft a report in the presence of the courier officer. Our company is not responsible for damages and deficiencies in products received without a report. For latent defects not noticed at the time of delivery, you must notify us in writing within 5 days from the delivery date.

10. Are Prices Including or Excluding VAT?
The prices stated on our site are excluding statutory VAT, unless otherwise specified. VAT is shown separately at checkout and added to the total amount.
For business customers (B2B), it is possible to view net prices after registration and activation. For exports to third countries (outside the EU), VAT may be waived under certain conditions. Please contact us directly for questions on this matter.
