RETURN POLICY

Your return transactions are carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form.

Right of Withdrawal: You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of product delivery. The return shipping fee belongs to you. All risks belong to you until the returned product reaches our workplace.

Products Not Subject to Right of Withdrawal: There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products (special cut, size, machining, etc.), opened hygienic products, and assembled products.

Damaged Products: Do not accept products you detect as damaged at the time of delivery without drafting a report in the presence of the courier officer.
